The Energy of August
Harvest • Alignment • Preparation
As summer begins its gentle turn toward autumn and the days slowly begin to shorten, August invites us into a different rhythm — one that is less about striving and more about gathering.
This is a month of reflection, nourishment, and intentional preparation.
Under the warmth of the late summer sun, we are gently asked to notice what has grown, what has flourished, and what we are ready to carry forward into the coming season. There is wisdom in the harvest — not only in receiving the fruits of our labor, but in discerning what truly nourishes us.
August is not about doing more.
It’s about tending wisely.
A Note From the Apothecary
As we move through the fullness of summer, August offers an invitation to slow down enough to appreciate what is already here.
This month’s gatherings are centered around connection, gratitude, and preparing ourselves for the seasonal shift that quietly waits just beyond the horizon — all with tea in hand, of course.
Seasonal Highlight: Cooling Summer Tea
As the desert heat begins to rise, I’ll be featuring a refreshing, body-cooling tea blend in shop…
Hibiscus for heart + circulation
Rose + mint to soothe and uplift
A touch of citrus to brighten and refresh
Served chilled… because healing doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be refreshing, too.
Thank you for continuing to support this space, this rhythm, and this community
I look forward to sitting in circle with you this month.
There is power in the pause.
