Rooted Rhythms & Winter Reflections
As the frost settles and the days stretch long and quiet, January invites us to ground deeply — into our bodies, our breath, and the slow medicine of winter. This is a time for tea, for inner tending, and for trusting the pause.
January 3rd – Full Moon Burn & Release Ritual
Under the soft light of the Cancer moon, we’ll gather for an evening of reflection and gentle release. With heart-opening tea and fire-lit intention, this ritual invites you to let go of the old and make space for what’s quietly waiting to bloom. Cozy layers and journals encouraged.
January 17th – New Moon Oracle Event
On this sacred new moon, join us for a night of intuitive connection, card pulling, and tea shared in circle. Let your winter visions rise gently to the surface as we sit together in quiet magic. Materials provided — just bring your presence and favorite cup.
January 24th – Free Community Drum Circle
We gather in rhythm to remember — our bodies, our breath, and our belonging. This free, heart-centered morning is open to all. Bring your drum or borrow one here. No experience necessary — just come as you are.
A Season for Stillness
This month, we work with herbs that support the quiet body — that help us digest, integrate, and soften into winter’s silence. Expect root-based blends, nourishing teas, and grounding rituals that speak to the season’s slower pace.
Whether you’re sipping something warm at home or joining us in circle, may this month remind you that stillness is not empty — it’s sacred.
